Growing young professionals
3 July 2019
One of these days, Russia will celebrate the Day of Young People, it is with them that modern enterprises connect their future development. That's why special attention is given to young professionals at the Ural Spring Plant. In universities, it is a hot time now for thesis defence and pleasant moment of obtaining documents of higher education. So Darya Lapteva, a process engineer of the Design Department of new equipment, has recently received a diploma with honors having graduated from the Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University. To get it, she had to work hard within the entire period of study and hold the high bar.
As Darya says, in many respects, it was of much help that she had come to work to USP and at the same time continued her studies in which she was supported by the company's staff. Here she has realized that she was ready to link her labor activity with the plant which has changed the ideas of working in production. Even the attitude to study has become more conscious since she applied her knowledge in practice. Moreover, it was at the Ural Spring Plant where she felt a completely new approach to people who are the main value of the enterprise.
"From the very first days I was surrounded by attention and overwhelming support, here nobody punishes you for mistakes, but helps to do everything in a way not to repeat these mistakes in future. The enterprise is developing, new types of products are being mastered and up-to-date equipment is being installed. And I am directly related to this interesting process", Darya says. "I am going to undertake a master's degree in the chosen specialty, I think, the higher level of training will help to work successfully at the enterprise and to develop myself together with the company.
